Antonio, es cierto, que el apoyo económico es importante, pero no es menos cierto, que el dinero NO puede comprarlo todo, y menos "las voluntades" de la sociedad en general.
Si ello hubiera sido posible, no le quepa la menor duda, que los "amos del dinero" ya lo habrían llevado a cabo, y no se daría el alto abstencionismo de votantes en España, que supera, el 60%.
Uno de los más graves problemas a resolver en España ( aunque los políticos no lo citen..."porque no hay mejor ciego, que el que no quiere ver" ) es, la APATÍA e INDIGENCIA PSÍQUICA, por la que está atravesando la gran mayoría de nuestra sociedad, en gran parte generada, por los "excesos" de todo tipo, experimentados en los últimos años; por el desencanto ante tanta mentira y tanta corrupción; por el desprestigio en el que han caído nuestras Instituciones y una gran parte de sus altos cargos, degradados ambos, al límite; y por ultimo por la indefensión, e injusticias de todo tipo, a las que están sometidas la mayor parte de la sociedad ( la que las cúpulas del poder, denominan despectivamente "masas sociales" ).
¡ROMPER ESA APATÍA, ESE, ES EL GRAN RETO!
Y ese RETO, los actuales dirigentes y oposición, están a "años luz" de poder llevarlo a cabo..., porque, además de estar acomodados en su especial situación de bienestar social, siguen dando..."palos de ciego"...en este tema.
En cuanto a la cita que hace de los medios de comunicación tradicionales, creo, que con internet, les ha salido un serio competidor, para el cual, no existen hoy por hoy, modos de neutralizar su actividad y divulgación, por ningún grupo de poder ( aunque les gustaría ), afortunadamente, para el resto de las personas ( ya sabe....cuando alguien nos cierra una puerta...Dios nos abre una ventana....).
A las otras preguntas, sobre ideólogía, bases de nuestro programa, y lo de ser internacionales, le respondo:
Nuestra ideología y base de nuestro proyecto, están recogidos en nuestros Estatutos y publicado en internet ( como todo lo referente a nuestro partido político AXJ ); en cuanto a nuestro Programa Electoral, está listo, pero no será publicado hasta vísperas de las Elecciones ( por estrategia política ).
En cuánto a lo de ser internacional, quiero sacarle de ese error; hoy por hoy, el único partido político AXJ, que existe legalmente, es el nuestro y está únicamente en España y no debe de confundirse con la plataforma de denuncia internacional "Acciones por la Justicia" y cuya web del mismo nombre les pertenece. www.accionporlajusticia.com

" El problema de las denuncias falsas es que las tiene que se persiguen a través de la orden del juzgado. Lo único que os puedo decir es que el trámite policial es un procedimiento automático a partir de una denuncia. Es tan triste como eso. Pensad que los mossos actuan con el máximo respeto, pero en estos casos, el máximo respeto no es suficiente para que las personas afectadas se sientan reconfortadas.
Es el SISTEMA JUDICIAL el que falla, y es contra éste contra el que hay que luchar. Los policías se limitan a hacer su trabajo, y esto resulta muy duro en ocasiones. A esta señora mayor no se la engañó, se siguió el injusto procedimiento , y os puedo asegurar que el sentimiento de los policías hacia este tipo de denuncias es mayoritariamente el mismo que el de todos vosotros, de verdad, os lo digo sinceramente.
Os comento lo mismo que hice el primer día. Es un derecho del " detenido " comunicar " con quien él quiera " el motivo de la detención y su lugar de custodia. Por eso los mossos no dan más información , porque en principio vulnerarían este derecho.
Ellos no pueden facilitar información porque no pueden valorar si el detenido quiere que se conozca su situación y se comunique a las personas que se acercan a cualquier comisaria .
Me parece increible que el abogado no tenga esa información y la facilite a la familia. Es él el que esta legitimado para hacerlo." Si quereis colgar esto en el foro, hacedlo sin problema.

Last October 31, a Spanish court passed verdict on 29 suspected terrorists and their associates accused of the Madrid train bombings of March 11, 2004, in which 191 people were killed and over 1,800 injured.
Two men of Moroccan descent, Jamal Zougam and Othman al-Gnaoui, were found guilty of 191 counts of murder, while a former miner from Asturias, Jose Emilio Suarez Trashorras, was sentenced as an accomplice for supplying the explosives he helped to steal from his old workplace. In all, 21 people, mainly of North African origin, were convicted, while eight, mostly Spanish citizens accused of involvement in the explosives trail, were acquitted of all charges.
With the remaining bombing suspects all considered to have died in suicide bombings - seven of them in a flat in the Madrid suburb of Leganes, and at least two more in Iraq - the sentence seemed sufficiently conclusive to bring to a close the most acrimonious period in Spanish politics since the death of General Francisco Franco.
However, the initial reaction of the Popular Party (PP), whose period of government came to an end three days after the 2004 bombings, was one of defiance. While Socialist Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero declared that the Spanish justice system, in holding a macro-trial in the wake of a major jihadist attack, had succeeded where the judiciaries of the United States and the United Kingdom had failed, PP leader Mariano Rajoy insisted he would support "any further investigation into the case."
The pro-PP El Mundo newspaper also vowed to continue its bid to bring to light the true story of who had been behind Madrid's "death trains." The paper has spent three years dredging up flimsy evidence to link the jihadist cell with the Basque terrorist group ETA, to fuel a conspiracy theory that March 11 was nothing less than a coup d'etat perpetrated against the PP administration by an affiliation of Basque separatists, Socialists, and possibly the Moroccan secret services.
Within minutes of the horrific March 11 bombings, members of the then-PP government suggested that ETA had been behind the operation. Three days later Spain was to hold a general election and Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar feared a popular backlash against his government's unpopular support for the war in Iraq. The streets filled up with protesters angry with what they saw as a concerted government effort to cover up the truth about the bombings. On March 14, voters ousted the PP in favor of the Socialists. After the polls, Aznar famously declared in the parliamentary commission set up to investigate the March 11 attacks that the masterminds were not to be found in "distant deserts or remote mountains." He has repeated the claim since last October's verdict.
Indeed, Judge Javier Gomez Bermudez's judgment left an opening for perverse interpretation. Rabei Osman (known as "the Egyptian") was acquitted and another alleged mastermind, Hassan al-Haski, brought in from Belgium as a jihadist big-hitter, was only found guilty of belonging to an armed organization. This was latched onto by conspiracy theorists as evidence that the real plotters had yet to be brought to justice.
Today, however, the PP has finally signaled it is time to look forward to next March's election rematch. Amid all the hype of a plot, the real message of the March 11 bombing aftermath may have been missed. What the sentence demonstrated was the ease with which jihadists can operate within a modern European society, where funding through work or small-time crime is easy to come by and communication via the internet is both reliable and discreet. Recent police investigations have underlined how extensive the loose network of Al-Qaeda-inspired militants is in Spain - a country singled out by Al-Qaeda leaders, most notably Ayman al-Zawahri, for reconquest under its former Islamic name of "Al-Andalus."
In 2004 an Algerian was extradited from Switzerland to Spain over a plot to attack with a truck-bomb the High Court where leaders of the original Spanish Al-Qaeda branch, led by a Syrian known as Abu Dahdah, had been taken for trial. Plots to blow up buildings in Barcelona have also been exposed, as has a suspected plan to attack a NATO naval base in Rota, Andalusia. Around 140 Islamist militants are currently in Spanish prisons from a total of 375 arrests of terrorist suspects since 2001.
Spanish politicians would do well to unite in order to face down the very real threat of Al-Qaeda rather than squabble over unproven conspiracies.

El PP en la Asamblea Regional de Murcia ha pedido al diputado popular y ex primer edil de Totana Juan Morales que entregue su acta de diputado por "las noticias que le vinculan a presuntas irregularidades urbanísticas cometidas durante su etapa como alcalde" de esa localidad.Esta petición fue dada a conocer en conferencia de prensa -en la que no se permitieron preguntas- por el portavoz del PP en la Cámara, Juan Carlos Ruiz, y el diputado y portavoz del PP regional, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, quienes leyeron un comunicado en nombre de este partido.Ruiz justificó la decisión por entender "que el PP no puede permanecer impasible, y ha actuado -dijo- con la contundencia que ya anunciamos la semana pasada".Añadió que "el PP cuenta en la región de Murcia con más de 35.000 afiliados y 600 cargos públicos que representan a los ciudadanos de esta Región, y, a lo largo de sus años de gobierno, ha demostrado en todo momento su honradez y esfuerzo para lograr el progreso de esta comunidad, y no vamos a tolerar ninguna duda ante la actuación pública de alguno de nuestros cargos".

Baja como diputadoEl PP ha dado también de baja a Morales como diputado del grupo parlamentario, con lo que esta formación cuenta a partir de ahora con 28 diputados, uno menos de los que tenía, aunque mantiene su mayoría absoluta en el Parlamento murciano. Si Morales no entrega su acta de parlamentario podrá integrarse en el grupo mixto.Ruiz anunció igualmente que el PP se personará en la causa judicial si finalmente se abre un proceso sobre las presuntas irregularidades urbanísticas, "a fin de conocer de primera mano los acontecimientos y formar parte de la investigación, y actuar en consecuencia".Morales está siendo investigado en el marco de la operación Tótem contra una presunta trama de corrupción urbanística en Totana, que instruye el juzgado número Uno de esta localidad, que en la madrugada del pasado 3 de diciembre decretó prisión provisional sin fianza para el alcalde José Martínez Andreu.El juzgado que instruye estas diligencias también ha imputado a once personas, que están en libertad provisional, nueve de ellas bajo fianza.En el marco de esta misma operación agentes de la Unidad Central de Operaciones (UCO) realizaron diversos registros, entre ellos el de la asesoría fiscal y jurídica de la ex mujer de Juan Morales, María del Carmen Jordán, así como la vivienda que tiene el diputado en Murcia, donde requisaron un ordenador y su pasaporte.Tras este registro, Morales solicitó "amparo" al Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Murcia, que archivó esta petición y la trasladó a los juzgados de Totana.El pasado 3 de diciembre, el Comité Ejecutivo del PP de la Región de Murcia aceptó la petición de suspensión cautelar y temporal de militancia de Morales, así como la del alcalde de Totana, Martínez Andreo.Casado y con un hijoJuan Morales Cánovas (Totana, 1959) está casado y tiene un hijo. Hasta la fecha ha sido presidente del Partido Popular de Totana, miembro de la Junta Directiva Regional desde 1991 y diputado del grupo parlamentario popular.
Fue alcalde del ayuntamiento de Totana en dos períodos no consecutivos, de 1995 a 1999 y de 2003 a 2007, y miembro del Comité Ejecutivo Regional del Partido Popular de 1997 a 1999.Así mismo, fue diputado regional del Grupo Parlamentario Popular en la cuarta legislatura, de 2003 a 2007.

Spanish High Court rules seizure of "herrikos" inadmissible

A Spanish court that outlawed the Basque left-wing party Batasuna in 2003 and is enforcing the sentence said on Wednesday the seizure of Batasuna's bars is inadmissible "at this moment."

Spain's Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday not to order the seizure of the bars belonging to the outlawed party Batasuna, a court statement said.
According to the statement, the ruling was supported by all the judges in the panel. The ruling said the seizure of Batasuna's bars is inadmissible "at this moment" but did not say whether in the near future it could be admissible.
Spain's Supreme Court outlawed Batasuna in 2003 on the grounds that it was part of the armed Basque group ETA, closing down its offices and bars and barring it from engaging in political activity.
Wednesday's ruling puts and end to the process that started last October 23, 2006 to probe into the links between Batasuna and the so-called herriko tabernas and ordered to make an inventory of the assets of the "herriko tabernas."

Apparently the new centrist party AXJ of Spain is reporting that the Monarchy in Spain is having many difficulties justifying their activities in Spain. King Juan Carlos is looking into all the complaints of abuse of power within his area of control.
The Basque Terrorists ETA have stopped negotiating with the Zapatero Government and have resumed their criminal activities and have recently killed 2 young Guardia Civil members.
Social unrest protesting uncontrolled inflation and the rise in the cost of living in Spain is taking a toll on the PSOE Government and the FEMINAZI women in power are not helping matters any.
Apparently the women favoring a pro-woman rights form of Government have passed laws discriminating men and in cases of domestic violence imprison men without due process. Currently in Spain there are over 2,000 men imprison on charges of domestic violence which have yet to go to trail.
There is no Jury System of Justice in Spain and a female Judge can sentence a man to over two (2) years imprisonment based only on heresay of the wife, ex-wife, or ex-companion. This is becoming critical in Spain since many of these men must be released from Spanish Jails and have sworn vengeance. There have already been over 100 deaths in Spain and rising.
The newly created political party Asociaciones y Acciones por la Justicia (AXJ), is proposing deep reforms to the Spanish Public Administration, starting with the Administration of Justice, and making Public Servants and Judges all accountable to the Spanish People using the Trial by Jury System used in the United States of America (USA).
The Socialist Government (PSOE) and primary opposition party el Partido Popular (PP) have already expressed their disapproval of AXJ plan because it would mean making the over 1 million civil servants in Spain accountable to the People of Spain. As a result the Spanish Media has strict orders to boicott AXJ in the upcoming general elections in Spain. As a matter of fact, Spanish Public Television TVE has specific orders from the Zapatero Government, "Not to interview anyone involved with AXJ".
AXJ has already received more than 61 million hits on one of their websites: www.accionporlajusticia.com and have received threats from all sectors of Spanish society.
AXJ is slowly getting support from Latin American countries, especially the opposition party in Venezuela which is considering naming their party AXJ-Venezuela.
